Castle Realty was born in 2020 out of a simple but powerful idea: real estate should work better for agents. We looked at the traditional brokerage model and saw a lot of unnecessary complexity — layers of overhead, outdated processes, and structures that seemed designed more for the company than for the people actually closing deals. So we built something different.

We're an independent brokerage based in Rocklin, CA, and from the start we've been intentional about staying boutique. That means you're not a number here.
