As Agent Migration Spikes 25%, Compaire Launches Real Estate's First 'Career Intelligence' Platform

Roseville, CAJul 21, 2026

Amid historic industry churn, the new proptech marketplace empowers agents to privately evaluate competing brokerages and teams based on proprietary data.

ROSEVILLE, Calif. — July 21, 2026 — Compaire today announced the launch of its new career intelligence platform, a private marketplace for real estate agents to evaluate brokerages and teams before making a move. The company has officially opened early access to its Founding Cohort, capped at 500 agents and 50 organizations across select pilot markets. Developed with input from leading real estate teams and brokerages around the nation, Compaire replaces the traditional word-of-mouth recruiting model with a data-driven approach as industry churn accelerates.

Agent mobility has reached historic levels. According to recent data from Recruiting Insight, the industry saw a 25% quarter-over-quarter jump in agents switching brokerages. Driven increasingly by top producers seeking capped revenue share models and better splits, agents were 35% more likely to switch brands in the first quarter of 2026. Despite this movement, finding the right fit is still based largely on guesswork. Agents choose where to hang licenses based on pitches, while brokerages lack actionable data on lost talent.

Compaire addresses both sides by providing a secure environment for agents to research options and offering teams and brokerages analytics on market positioning.

Platform highlights include:

  • Private Agent Exploration: Compare organizations based on economics, value proposition, lead flow and culture without triggering recruiter outreach.
  • AI Fit Scores and Comparisons: Proprietary technology matching agents with organizations based on aligned goals, alongside objective side-by-side comparisons.
  • Business Intelligence: Dashboards showing team owners and brokerage leadership how they stack up against competitors during the agent decision-making process to improve recruitment.

The platform is spearheaded by founder and CEO Jesse Garcia, who brings 20 years of real estate experience to Compaire. A team leader at Maverick Real Estate and former growth leader at PLACE, Garcia previously co-founded Zipi, a financial operating system acquired by SkySlope.

"Real estate runs on relationships, but career decisions still happen in the dark," Garcia said. "Agents frequently choose where to build businesses with less data than they'd gather for a single listing. Compaire empowers agents to make data-driven decisions that maximize financial outcomes, while giving brokerages a clear read on what genuinely drives retention in their market."

Compaire's Founding Cohort offers users first access to the platform to shape future rollouts. Real estate professionals can request access at compaire.co.
