ENRG rolls out new healthcare option for agents

ENRG Realty has announced that its agents now have access to medical, dental and vision insurance through Upfront, an embedded-finance platform serving residential real estate, as covered by Inman. The Seattle-based brokerage said the ACA-compliant plans run through national PPO networks and are available year-round with no waiting period or open-enrollment window. Co-founder and President Erinn Nobel stated that the initiative reflects the company's belief that agents cannot build successful businesses if they are worried about their own health. The move addresses a well-documented gap in benefits access for independent contractor agents and gives ENRG an additional recruiting and retention differentiator beyond its existing technology and revenue-sharing offerings.
