ENRG (pronounced ENERGY) gives experienced agents the reach of a national brokerage while keeping them known inside it. We built the company on one promise, that you will never be a number here, and everything you build on top of it, relationships and equity, stays yours.
ENRG Realty is a national cloud based brokerage founded by Erinn and Peter Nobel, who arrived at the same conclusion from very different perspectives. After two decades in real estate, Erinn had seen agents repeatedly trade boutique support for scale. Peter, drawing on a background in cognitive science and Microsoft, saw that trade-off as unnecessary.
We built ENRG so agents don't have to choose between boutique support and virtual freedom. You keep control of your business, your data, and your decisions, and you build real equity through revenue share and stock awards, not just commission checks. What you create here belongs to you. Our leaders have scaled national brokerages before, and that experience shows up in how everything here is built.
