ENRG Realty offers health insurance for agents nationwide

ENRG Realty has announced the rollout of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for its agents across the country, as covered by HousingWire. The virtual boutique brokerage says the coverage is traditional health insurance — not a cost-sharing arrangement — with no waiting periods, no annual enrollment windows, and benefits for pre-existing conditions. Plans are available through national provider networks to serve agents across ENRG Realty's markets. Co-founder and president Erinn Nobel stated that the offering is part of a broader value proposition aimed at supporting agents who, as independent contractors, have historically lacked access to employer-sponsored health benefits.
